Enjoying the beautiful weather, David Arquette was spotted out and about in Los Angeles earlier today (March 7).
The ?Scream 4? actor looked to be in great spirits as he turned and smiled for the paparazzi before going on his way.
Arquette was involved in a car accident this past Friday (March 4), but it seems he wasn?t seriously injured at all.
Following the crash, David tweeted, "I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you for all your concern."
