Prince Albert & Charlene Wittstock Wed: Celebrity Couple of the Week
The highly anticipated wedding of Monaco’s Prince Albert to Charlene Wittstock, a South African former Olympic swimmer, occurred over the weekend. The civil ceremony took place on Friday, with the religious ceremony presiding on Saturday. We’ve got full details of their wedding including some photos and video highlights. In honor of their nuptials, they are our Celebrity Couple of the Week. The bride wore a silk Duchesse Giorgio Armani Priv� off white dress and looked absolutely stunning! The dress was adorned with Swarovski crystals with flower embroidery. The Prince wore the cream summer uniform of Monaco’s palace guards. Three medals could be seen on his uniform – the French Legion of Honor, Order of Saint Charles and the Order of Grimaldi. As he made his way to the altar, the Prince was all smiles as he winked at the several friends and family members who were there to witness the royal nuptials. Princess Charlene looked nervous as she walked down the aisle, escorted by her father, Michael Kenneth Wittstock.
